Casting Call!
Shakespeare at the farm
Hello Everyone, last year’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream reading was such fun, we’re doing it again! Though not exactly on the solstice this time around. Instead, mark your calendars for the evening of Saturday, June 27.
I know. It’s a long time away. I’m telling you now because we need to get our cast together before summer scheduling sends everyone in a million directions. So if you didn’t get a chance to read a role last year, or you’d like to relive the story as another character, let me know.
Perhaps you’ve never imagined yourself in a Shakespeare play? Throw your worries away! You do not need to memorize your lines. Just get your tongue around the words and enjoy them. There will be a zoom read through before the event. The main thing is to come together under the oak tree and indulge in the pleasures—fairies, magic, love, donkeys, etc—-of this never old comedy.
Come on, you can do it! Email or message me with your preferred role!
